As a UX professional over the last 11 years, I have had a chance to gain skills and knowledge in a myriad of product design specializations. Whether I’m doing interface design, UX research, front-end development, or CX strategy - I find it highly motivating to make products that provide the customer with solutions that make their lives easier. I love having the opportunity to talk to various end users and delve into their unique needs, translate customer feedback into iterative, interactive prototypes, and ultimately provide end-to-end UX solutions that help customers be more successful.

No problem is ever too complex to solve with enough research, feedback, iteration and empathy. And more often than not, the more complex the problem, the more intriguing and gratifying it is to solve.
